Our hosts were excellent and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The food they provided for our stay was great and fitted our needs perfectly. I also wanted to tell you that the location of their home turned out to be extremely convenient for us. We were only about a 5 minute walk from Pimlico tube station and we were in a great location for walking to the Thames, Big Ben, other historic areas and the London Eye. We were very pleased with our stay. Andie C

We absolutely enjoyed the flat in Pimlico. It was nice and bright, clean and roomy enough for the two of us. Our host was great, taking an interest in what we were doing and offering advice re laundromats, where to eat and the use of the Oyster Card etc. We were delighted to have fresh food provided daily, including cereals, fruit juice, croissants, jams and fresh fruit. Another big plus for this apartment is the location, a few minutes walk to the tube, so close to the Thames and Tate Britain, plenty of pubs and eateries in the neighbourhood which is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay in a lot in London. This B&B was perfect; clean, comfortable, quiet, warm, and all what we needed for breakfast. Our hostess was helpful too. If any occasion, I’ll recommend your Agency to my friends. Many thanks for your help before booking and for the arrival. Catherine, France, 28.05.14

We fully enjoyed our stay in the basement apartment. The rooms were spacious, well designed, comfortably furnished, and, most important, spotlessly clean. In addition, Fiona was most helpful to us with several problems we had, and we are truly grateful to her for her help. William L, USA

    :

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ponsonby Place, able to return to a quiet and peaceful room after days of sightseeing amid the crowds. But I want in particular to thank our host for her extra kind helpfulness and patience with our efforts to contact our London friends, and for helping us cope with Ken’s health problems. We would never have encountered such thoughtfulness had we been in a hotel. William, USA
