We enjoyed our stay very much!  Pam is a very kind and funny lady and we were happy that we could talk to her a lot at breakfast time. The room was lovely and cosy, for breakfast we were served a variety of different food.  The tube was just round the corner. Southfields is a nice area to stay, corner shops and pubs were round the corner. All in all, we loved our short stay!  Cornelia H
