Fantastic! Jean was a marvel with much information and friendly conversation. Breakfasts were superb and cooked to order. Area was tube close to London and beautiful in its own right. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly. Only one drawback...no internet. However, lovely pub a walk away with free internet and great fish and chips.  Pat L

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Her cottage reminds me of the original spirit of the B&B movement. I can heartily recommend her place. She is so close to the tube station in Hampstead, as well as the Heath, and there are a wealth of good shops and restaurants literally around the corner.

Your choice was very good. The host is terrific. My daughter and I loved to go back to this doll's house after hours of walking in London. And the typical British breakfast was very good. P Pascale

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay with Jean. Our room could not have been lovelier. We had big glass doors that opened up to a little deck and a view of the estate behind her house as well as the church. Every morning we were awakened by a symphony of songbirds--perfect. Jean spoiled us every morning with an enormous breakfast. There must have been 10 different things to choose from each day. My husband was in heaven! Jean did so many things to help us such as telling us about a lot of interesting and different things to do. She also made sure we had a taxi on time to get to Heathrow and at a less expensive price than we had been quoted. We had to *insist* she not try to carry our bags up and down the stairs.  The cottage itself is in a charming area, just off the High Street in Hampstead. We loved walking to the tube each day, and enjoyed eating at the Greek restaurant nearby, as well as the friendly pub just down the street.  Deanna E.

The Cottage was delightful.  The host and I got on very well.  She made a sumptuous breakfast every morning.  I really enjoyed my stay there.  Hedy K
